I forgot my password. What can I do?
- We cannot tell you your current password, but you can request a new password.
Why do I get the error message "For security reasons the session was closed due to extended time of no activity. Login..."?
- For security reasons a session is closed after 120 minutes of no activity. Thereafter you have to login again.
Therefore you should often save your data or logout to prevent data loss. Is it possible to access and edit one proposal from more than one computer at the same time?
- We strongly advise against the simultaneous login to the same proposal.
Data loss and inconsistencies might be the results. Possible text formatting
- Formatting possibilities are limited. Please take note:
- no bold and italic
- indentation only with whitespaces
- no lists - use a hyphen instead
Why do I see special characters in the input fields or in the data sheet?
- If you encounter strange characters like { you might have copied text from e.g. MS Word, where special characters are encoded differently. In this case, please change the text in the forms manually and check also the correct output in the data sheet.
